Bukit Tiga Puluh National Park

Bukit Tiga Puluh National Park is one of the important Nature Preservation Areas in central Sumatra.  The park has diverse ecosystems, ranging from aquatic and lowland forest to the mountain ecosystem.  These ecosystems contain high degree of biological diversity, represented by most the classes in the animal kingdom.  There are many key species of wild animals such as the tiger and the tapir.  The Sumatran tiger is an endemic animal with only an estimated 45 tigers within and around the park.  Bukit Tiga Puluh National Park are home of traditional communities, namely the traditional Malays, The Talang Mamak, and Kubu, inhabiting some areas within the park.

This national park is actually very beautiful. Specialty Camp Granite is in this national park has a landscape that is fun to relax, nice surrounding area for trekking. There is even a waterfall near the camp. Go see Sumatran Tigers there!
