Q. What is your booking and refund policy?

To join our tour please send your name (based on your id card), date of birth, phone number, email address, a copy of passport, emergency contact, and 30% down payment will be required from the end-customer with full payment 15 days before start of the trip. In the event of cancellation/change the date and tour package by participants prior to departure date, cancellation fee will be charged as follows:

Upon cancellation the following charges will be due:

  1. Up to 60 days before departure: 30% down payment
  2. 59 to 31 days before departure: 50% of trip cost
  3. 30 to 16 days: 75% of trip cost
  4. Less than 15 days: 100% of trip cost

In the event of cancellations or changes that came from the Sebumi, the participant(s) is entitled to a full refund of down payment of fees that has been paid.
